Medectophalia is the excessive sexual desire for viewing the underlying shape of the penis in the crotch region of another person’s clothing. Getting one’s rocks off on moose knuckle in trousers and/or the imprint of tumescent man flesh in sweat pants (preferably grey). It is the exact opposite of medectophobia, the fear of such.

medectophobia

The irrational fear (phobia) of an underlying penis shape in the crotch region of clothing. This can be a fear of the actual outline, or the fear that a bunch of the fabric may be in fact indicative of actual real turgid manflesh. It is a perceptual fear, and while there is no causality link between cock bumps and the fear; it is most likely associated between someone's fear of intimate contact in collusion with their hypersensitivity of other's sex organs. They may fear a sexual encounter is imminent if the impression of the penis is visible.

Closeted homosexuals often exhibit medectophobia when witnessing a man in a bikini or bike shorts.
