This individual instills a sence of fear in all who are lower ranking to him/her.

2) Marine Corps abbreviation for: Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9).

A person (usually male) who is known to insert their thumb up their own butthole and then subsequently sucks on said thumb for enjoyment.

Never shake hands with a mastergus, you’ll likely walk away with pinkeye and a smelly thumb.
