Not quite manboobs, manbuds are a protrusion of man breasts caused by mild obesity which are equatable with the form and appearance of prepubescent female breasts.
"I'm so fat I have manboobs." to which one inclined to soften the blow might reply, "Dude, they're not man boobs. You're not that fat, they're just manbuds." The man with said manbuds cries bitterly.
