The inability to perform basic tasks due to extreme exhaustion, common after a very long day/lack of sleep.

Symptoms include headache, red and watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing and the desire to sleep immediately. The level of liqdity depends on the severity of symptoms. Being licked is no joke.
