People who claim to be patriots because they pin a flag on their lapel. In reality, such people care only about their personal agendas, and have no regard for the future or integrity of the nation or constituents they're supposed to serve.
That lapeltriot thinks the 'federalist papers' are the rolls you find in the stalls of the men's room on the hill. ... and he uses them in much the same manner.
