Generalized term for a kind of an uber nasty skin rash. It is usually a big, reddish to blackish growth that appears on any part of the body and that, if not treated right away, spreads very rapidly.

I was about to ask that hot chick out, until I saw a patch of kofra peeking under her blouse.

The most superior family ever existed in the whole planet. Being led by Mohammed Koraiem, the Koraiems liberated Egypt from the French colonialism in 1798 by Napoleon Bonaparte.
One of its members is Ahmed A. Koraiem, a leading figure in the Egyptian society and soon to be the no. 1 pioneer in so many different aspects accross the nation.

I saw a Koraiem today.. it was a fabulous experience!
