It's sort of a thin but chewy Eritrean/Ethiopian bread. It can taste sort of sweet, but it's still yummy.

Some people unrelated to the author of this definition like to mix it with yogurt, berbere, t'esmit, and salt, mash it up in a bowl until it's mush, and grab globs of it with their hands and stuff it in their face.
Other's prefer to use better table manners and daintily eat it with their fingers in a dignified matter. Some people prefer to use spoons or forks.

Those who use sporks are insane monsters.
My baby brother Binyam's favorite food is Kitcha fitfit, who would like to add into this example that the pronunciation of Kitcha is kiht-CHA, with the 'it' having the same pronunciation of the word 'it.' However, some people aren't sure of this and claimed that they've heard other pronunciations before.
