The name of the phrase is derived from Kim Kardashian.

It refers to any extremely physically attractive female, or one of her physical features that stand out ex. Ass, Boobs Curves, etc.

**Does not refer to females that are Kim Kardashian look-a-likes but rather it can be applied to any girl.

Scenario 1:

Male 1: Dude! Cindy just asked me out!

Male 2: Cindy!? She's a total Kim Kardasher!

Scenario 2:
