when someone takes the side of their(usually)pointer finger on one hand, or the front of a few fingers and moves them back and forth across the front of the nose, which slightly moves the nose's position left and right across that general area of the face, due to the nose itching.When being around someone who kerblocks constantly, you may get very annoyed; sometimes you can hear a little squeaky sound.

Kurt:dude,did you see kisty last night? He was kerblockin all night long!
Ja'Quez:yeah dude, I was getting really annoyed

Keyblocking

Keyblocking occurs when a co-worker places documents or memos on top of your keyboard in an office environment, with the purpose of forcing you to deal with said document before resuming internet activities at work. It is a coworkers way of saying "pay attention to this before doing anything else". Normally, multiple documents will pile up on one's keyboard that must be dealt with in turn before surfing the internet can continue.

"Hey Mike, did you see those naked pictures of Scarlett Johannson yet?"

"Not yet man. I was gonna look at them when I got back to my desk but my boss keeps keyblocking me"
