kachamak

Kachamak is a traditional Bulgarian dish. It is made from boiled and long stired corn flour, butter, cheese (lot's of cheese)and pepper all mixed up in a big bowl.

Babo, sha mi sgotvish li kachamak za obed?
"Granny, will you make some kachama for lunch?

Ei, kopele, sh'ta napraa na kachamak
"Hey, bastard, i'm gonna turn you into kachamak"
