Therm generaly used for someone who studies, but isn't a member of a student corps(fraternity/sorority). Mainly used in the Netherlands.

It's like when you're trying to ignore someone, but you accidentally slip up and say 1 or 2 things to them.
Guy 1: I'm ignoring that girl over there.
Guy 2: Good!
Girl: Hey what's up cutie?
Guy 1: Hey, nothing.
Guy 2: I thought you were ignoring her?
Guy 1: Damn... Total knor...
Guy 2: Good!
