this is what Gokudera calls Tsuna in Hitman Reborn, who is the 10th boss of the Vongola - the most powerful mafia family in the world.

His official title is 'Vongola Decimo'. Decimo is Italian for Tenth, so he is literally just switching Italian for Japanese.
