The act of being run over by a truck and being reborn in another world. A common action that happens in Anime.

Jeff: Yoo have you heard of the new Anime "Konosuba"?
Me: Does the main character get Isekaied?
Jeff: OFC he does, it's an Isekai!

Being isekaied

The act of being run over by truck-kun (a dumbass japanese truck) and falling into another world. If ur a girl, you'll most probably have a reverse-harem and if ur a boy, you'll most probably become a part of a reverse-harem.

"Did you watch the latest anime named 'blah-blah'?"
"Are you talking about that anime in which the main character got isekaied?"
"Yeah, man. Didn't really like it. Made me feel lonely."
"Same. Being isekaied must be a really big deal."
