When someone has been incapacitated and as a result spends their time on a couch while they wait to recover, most likely watching mass amounts of tv. This is a combination of incapacitated and couch potato.
After Greg had his hernia surgery he was incouchpotatoed for a few weeks. While he healed he binge watched whatever it is a Greg would binge watch.
