Oft combined with "to the max". To the max? Who talks like that? Those girls who always try to conform.

Oft used by the whorey kinds of girls who wear shorts to school and prefix every single thing the say with the phrase "I feel like" and finish it with "I'm just saying" as if that makes it all better
