b) (adj): - of a person- a person suspected of, or an eyewitness to, a crime who is quickly ruled out as the perpetrator, simply b y talking to them
when you declare bankruptcy, you are supposed to be considered illucrativo, def a), a criminal committing money fraud and worthy of going to prison like Bernard Madoff; declaring bankruptcy does not give you ' a get out of jail free' card simply because you mismanaged your assets.
