The propensity of those over 40 to repeatedly touch the screen of an Apple product in order to enlarge it more and more. This is done so that the users can deny to themselves that what they really need is reading glasses.

Courtney's vision was so bad that she could no longer rely on just her iFOCALS to read her e-mail.
