When a girl has maxed up her charm by having the perfect mixture of the two yin and yang's of any female, that being more commonly known as "hot" and "cute". The hotness can stimulate the senses to no prevail, yet the cuteness prevents men from even laying a finger on the girl. A fearsome opponent to many virgins.
