To accentuate the letter B of any word. Like an accent on a vowel.

Austin: Those Basketball shoes are Black and Blue!
Tyron: Wow Austin, You are really hitting the B's right now!

to smoke, generally cannabis and/or tobacco, but sometimes other substances, out of a bong.

Derived from "hit a bong".

Person 1: "One second dude, I just gotta hit a B and then I'll drive you home."

Person 2: "No, driving while intoxicated is a criminal offense in most countries!"
