A more severe form of halletosis; in which your breath smells like shit.

Her: Damn honey did you brush your teeth today?

Him: yes, why?

Her: your breath wreaks! You have some major halleshitosis going on. Smells like you drank a shit shake for breakfast!

Halishitosis is an extreme form of halitosis caused by poor dental hygiene, decay, oral putrescence that creates intolerable odors that smell fecal in origin.

That meth head has the worst case of halishitosis that even his meth buddies won’t get near him.
