A male politician who's taken on a feminized image in an attempt to pander to female voters. Usually dresses sharply, speaks softly, maintains a smile at all times, and attemps to remain physically unanimated in speech.

Bill Clinton was a gynocrat.

Gynocracy 

A government of the women, run by the men, and for the women. This is an autocratic regime that works by strategically pussy-whipping, punani slapping all men into willfull submission. The prime goal of this government is to establish the domestication of men, often starting from dating and finally ending in marriage(final goal).

Chilling reports from the associated press today indicated that a coup was carried out by secretary of state Hillary Clinton, and a gynocratic regime has been established as a result. All resisting men are so far undergoing domestication as a gynocracy is established. No reports of violence have been sited.

Gynocracy 

A political weapon of social dominance that creates a contract between a government or society, and the women of a targeted community. The contract affords her political, social, or economic benefits, while excluding men or creating obstacles for them to do the same or better. It is usually well-funded by invading or external entities, and authoritarian in nature. Women of the community are used to undermine men, so resources like labor or capital, can be more easily controlled by outside agencies.

The First Mohonk Conference in 1890 reveals how Black America is ruled by a gynocracy.
