derived from the word"GIZMO" .an expression used when flustered. A term used in electronics when too dumb to really know what the pieces are called. in actaulity you can call anything a gizmoid, spoken flentley with white trash,hicks,and anyone over the age of 65.

Someone who isn't really a bad person but has some social issues especially in larger crowds because they can be just well fuckin' annoying. They tend to be nice to everyone because they well wanna be loved so they tend to be at many social events just being pretty fucking irritating. Basically just a lameass.
