A word usually used to describe someone who suffers from severe emotional distress, mental distress or anxiety as a response to a sudden and saddening experience.

Alternatively, its used to describe extreme low temperatures ( yes, below 0 kelvin) or heat death: a state of no thermodynamic free energy , meaning, the complete absence of life.

For example: " ughhh . .. dude, you're so giita !! "

or

"dont go all giita on me !! "
