The emotion that can only characterized as a nasely vocalization "mehrr." This feeling is noted to be felt in states of stress, boredom, and disgust.

"Oh man, its raining out, i have two tests tomorrow, and my dog ran away, i feel so ghutverokoet."

Girl: "mehhrrr."
Boy: "Man, your always sound so ghutverokoet whats wrong with you?"
