A slut not pretty or smart enough to be a gold digger who basically screws anyone. Although rarely addicted to drugs, they will sleep with you for beer, pizza or weed. May also be called a hood rat.

Man we broke, all we have loot for is sum chronic, pizza and brew. Lets call them ghetto hos and have a party.

A person who think they've grown up in a tough neighborhood, but really have been raised by a fairly wealthy wealthy family, in a nice neighborhood

Mariah Carey - she always says she grew up poor, but she grew up in one of the richest neighborhoods of Long Island

the noun form of acting like a skanky ass hoe. Most commonly used in situations of moderate to substantial sass.

Mary Beth doesn't watch Oprah anymore because she feels that Oprah has brought the ghetto hoochery to a level she's just not comfortable with.

When your in a store and you are hearing people asking extremely loud questions or conversations within close proximity of eachother.

While you are shopping and all of a sudden you hear ghetto holler "What kind of tampons do you want?" with the recipient five feet away.

An number of line dances usually done at parties, weddings, family reunions, etc. Not necessarily relegated to the ghetto, trailer parks or barn dances; these dances are generally performed by persons of all races and social standings at various get togethers.

Ghetto Hope 

The idea that one day poor people from the ghetto will rise above and realize their financial dreams by some miracle. This usually involves them sitting on their ass and getting lucky by winning the lotto or some other type of bet. Ignorance and lack of responsibility are key traits that these people must have.

The hope that ghetto ass people exhibit on game shows such as Deal or No Deal when they are offered nearly $200,000 and have a one in five chance of winning more money or potentially losing it all. Ghetto hope is when these people turn down the $200,000 offered for that long shot chance of winning more. Ghetto hope can also be exhibited by women when they have multiple children in hopes of one of them one day playing professional sports.
