its another way of saying every insult possible all in one word and if said to people who dont know the meaning they will be all confused.

person 1:damn you got the last pork pie
person 2:yeh sorry do you want it?
person 1:oooooh thankyou ghera
person 2:dont mention it??(<they all confused whether ghera a compliment or an insult)
