fudge trail

this is a permantly stained poopie trail leading down one's backside, especially that of a gimp. only prolonged exposure to fudge mountains and other such fecal matter will lead to a fudge trail. extreme cases of fudge trails necessitate prompt medical attention.

When you're taking a crap, and you can't get the excessively long turd out of your anus, so it's just hanging there like a tail, thus, Fudge-Tail.
