An enhanced form of fap, fapshit is a verb to be used when confronting circumstances which are extreme bonerproducers, and require said boners to be taken care of via fapping. Used in a manner similar to "ape shit".

Oh my god, dude, that chick's making me go fapshit.
That hair makes people go fapshit.
