A term used as an alternative for Parallax Error.

Etymologically, parallax error is the term that you would really want to be attributed to Samuel Rowbotham, who used the pseudonym "Parallax" and have promoted Flat Earth pseudoscience belief. Parallax exists in the word "Parallax error", so it would be so cool if the term originated from him because he has made an "error". But the reality is disappointing, this term doesn't get attributed to him. Therefore, we can replace the Parallax error with the "Rowbotham error".
Teacher: Why the thermometer reading yours is false?

Student A: Oh, I have made a Parallax error.
Student B: Do you mean the Rowbotham error? Either way, but at least you don't miscalculate the diameter of the Flat Earth.
