A music genre similar to punk. The main defining characteristics are:

- No one knows how to actually play the guitar.
- FL Studio is used to make the drums.
- Most of the times consists in only one person that plays guitar, makes the drums and vocals.
- Songs are generally internet related, by either making references to unpopular memes or talking shit about a specific group of internet people.

The main Epunk artist is Negative XP, who in 2021, suggested the genre the "Epunk" name, after him and many other people being unhappy with the genre name most fans and haters gave; "Incelcore", which did not define most artists at all and gave a bad image to anyone slightly involved in the scene

Get the Epunk mug.
A cover name for the genre "Incelcore". Primarily used by people who want to ignore the misogyny and hate that the genre is based in. "Bedroom" and "Lo-Fi" can be used to describe the sound, but an analysis of the lyrics of many songs of the genre show an inability to self-reflect often leading to artists claiming they're unwanted and pariahs of society.

Often times pop-culture, late-2000's movies, video games, and songs, is used to capture the attention of children who might be looking for online communities to join. Inceldom is a common ideology that is perpetuated through this community.
Bro. You gotta listen to this epunk track, here's a snippet of the lyrics.

- "BPD and ecstasy
Thirty years old, but acts like she's sixteen
Likes to go to shows 'cause she's so fucking cool
Bright dyed hair but dead inside
Plan-B lifetime supply
She's a whore, a hole, gave head since middle school
She's a whore a whore a dime a dozen Jezebel."

Woah. Sounds like the problem is women and not the people writing the songs!
