This era felt quite different from 2016 and beyond in terms of music, movies, the internet, video games, memes, creativity, and politics. Also, the amount of bs from people being significantly less common back then. Why social media did become more popular within around 2014 and definitely 2015, it wasn't as prominent as it is now.
I miss the early 2010's so much. I just can't stand all this crappy music and idiots online right now.
