Someone whom you see only in an inebriated state; usually at a bar, party, or other alcohol-based social gathering.

A shortened version of "drunk acquaintance".

Mike has yet to socialize with Josh in a sober state. Josh is Mike's drunkquaintance

Drunquaintance

A person you met while intoxicated who is not necessarily a friend but someone who you've met at prior parties.
Also, remembering the person's name is not required.

"How do you know Kenny?"
"Oh that's his name. Some party. He's a drunquaintance."
