When someone or something prevents you from imbimbing an alcoholic beverage.

"Dude, how was the drink?"
"I got sick before I ordered. The universe is drinkblocking me."

"Dad caught me in his liquor cabinet. He drinkblocked me."

When your friend is so drunk that you have to stay relatively sober / not give into the drunkness to take care of them.

E.g. I wanted to get fucking bamboozled but Vivian was drunkblocking me.
