an attempt to get one's facebook friends to give them your number by simply "losing one's phone" and creating a group and inviting everyone on your friend list into a group to get all the allegedly lost numbers back

guy 1: dude, john lost his phone for the third time this month
guy 2: no way man, he's digit fishing, you should see some of his facebook friends
