When someone claims to be on a diet, but is actually not and giving themselves diabetes.

Person 1: "I'm actually on a diet."
Person 2: "You are going to get diabetes."
Person 1: "No I'm not! I'm on a diet!"
Person 2: "You are on dietbetes."
