the feeling your entire body endured after any energy robbing activity, this combined with being completely tired. More specifically the day after, this is when pain sets in, the real pain, not the half way pain you feel from straining muscles.

Seriously; to reference something being accurate or on point.
Used similarly to the term 'real talk'
Believed to have originated in some Harlem neighborhoods in NYC as an evolution of the term 'deadass' which is used in the same way.
