(n) quite simply put it's an application on Facebook which is utter crap. Crapplications tend to force you to spam your friends in order to use their piss weak functions.

Either any application found on a PC and not on an Apple (see crapple) or an application that runs on any OS that either sucks like Windows Media Player, or an application that is completly usleless such as BitTorrent
