covid concert

n. Musical event in which a band performs from so far away that they cannot be heard adequately by a crowd so safely distanced as to loose the whole effect of a concert. Also used more broadly to describe any pointless activity.

Going to the orgy tonight?

No. I looked at the rules and it sounds like a covid concert.

covid-19 at a nickelback concert

I don't know what this means. Someone help me please
People show up like COVID-19 at a Nickelback concert!

Infinite Covid Concern Theorem

A scientific theorem used by communication psychologists: an upper-class white liberal will find a way to mention how they are more careful to COVID-19 virus than any other person in the room
"and then when we got to the theatre, they required masks, but said we could take them off to eat Popcorn... you can guess what happened haha"

"Does Dad talk about anything but covid?"

"He sure is proving the Infinite Covid Concern Theorem!"

COVID ConcernGram

Avalanche of concern-troll emails from companies looking to cover they asses
George checked his morning email with a cup of coffee in-hand when a sanguinely worded email came in from TripAdvisor warning him to stay safe. "Oh jeez *another* COVID ConcernGram? my in-box can't handle any more of those!"

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
