Noun: 1.The man, or boy in some cases, that lay prey to the aggressive predatory nature of an older female mate. Then using this mutuality relationship to live happily off the female mates money supply in return for sexual performance. 2. Candy or sugary treat eaten by a cougar.
Sue: "My john is one sweet piece of cougar candy at age 19. If only he were younger."
Jake: "I'm tired of being nothing but cougar candy for you and your lady friends at book club."
Jake: "I'm tired of being nothing but cougar candy for you and your lady friends at book club."

Any Halloween trick-or-treater who is clearly too old to be asking you for candy. Candy Cougars could be anyone who is legally old enough to have a job, vote, drive a car, is pregnant, and is at your door asking for free candy.
