A "Coogeen" is just like a guido except he's failing at it. They're not buff enough, witty enough, prosperous enough, or macho enough. Think of those guys from, 'Night at the Roxbury', they're guido wannabes. They're dim witted, rather dweeby, and make a lot of stupid mistakes. They sorta got the guido lingo down and fashions except their outfits are even tackier and cheaper.

Coogee

A beach suburb located on the east coast of Australia in the city of Sydney. Every summer, Coogee is invaded by British, Irish, American and Canadian backpackers whom become the subject of ridicule, annoyance and getting laid by locals (after they get kicked out of Bondi).
