Dee Dee: "Congratulations!"

Bill: I just got a raise at work!
Dee Dee: "Congratulations".

Linda: "I just got off the couch!"
Dee Dee: " Congratulations!"

Patty: "Wow Dee Dee, you are just a regular Congratulotapus."
