collarblind

What Michael Scott from NBC's The Office says when he compares the people in the warehouse to the people who work upstairs in the office. He at first refers to the warehouse people as blue collared and the office people as white collared. By this he means the color of the collars on their shirts for those of you who can't tell the difference.
Michael Scott: "When i look around this room, I do not see blue collars or white collars... THAT is because i am "collarblind".
