Coherent Unresponsive Verbal Isolation (CUVI)

A state of mind when one is mentally aware of the communication amongst oneself, nevertheless, unable to physically produce a verbal response, due to a feeling similar to exhaustion, interfering with the desire to communicate.
Coherent Unresponsive Verbal Isolation (CUVI): Similar feeling like being stoned or in a coma, yet you are 100% sober, you just don't want to, and can't verbally respond. Like being stuck.
You're coherent of your surroundings, yet you are verbally unresponsive and isolated to others trying to communicate with you. (CUVI)
Real or of high quality.
The opposite of trash.
"The place was packed with women. And I ain't talkin' bout no stank-hoes neither. The bitches was coherent."

"I'm tellin' you man, this kush is the real deal. Shit's coherent."
A portmanteau of cogent, cohesive and coherent.
"That was a really coheegent point you made in your review of The Fall's "Elf Fork Elopment" 7 inch."
"Thanks, I was looking for something that could pull it all together in the little space that I had."

The metric system is a consistent and coherent system of units. In other words, it fits together very well and calculations are easy because it is decimal. This is a big advantage for use in the home, education, industry and science.

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
