Always wanting to call someone by a different name, or actually doing it, because they look like or remind you of that other person. A disorder closely related to "namesia."

My clonesia kicked in as I saw "Al" walking toward me -- no, that's "Charlie" (I think). So, I kept my greeting to a simple, "Hi, how are ya?"

Colonesian 

Someone who lives in Melanesia/Micronesia or Polynesia, and does their absolute best to tell the native people of the country they live in to stop speaking their language or performing their traditions

“Hey man, did you see that chick who told the Māori guy it’s New Zealand not Aotearoa”

3. A Polynesian/Melanesian/Micronesian person who abandoned indigenous knowledge in favour of what they deem are 'superior' belief systems imported by the colonisers e.g Christianity, capitalism, individualism etc.
