When you go to click on something and the web page your viewing suddenly loads some content and you end up clicking on something else.
I was on Buzzfeed and I went to click on that article, "I got botox in my vagina and it changed my life" then the page shifted and I was clickfucked into looking at 49 wardrobe malfunctions that would shock me.

After they click on the link, their account becomes infected with malware. That malware tends to spam the hell out of their friends by posting more malware laden links on their friends' walls.
