Someone who is poor and adopts/promotes a very frugal lifestyle. He is proud of it,selling his stinginess as a free and willing choice, usually to appear and feel better than everybody else that instead doesn't spend money carefully like him. In reality, he has no choice, he has no money, so he can't really waste it. Ends up being a way for himself to cope with his relative lower socioeconomic status.

When an overweight person during a fight has no option but to use there weight to hold the other person down during the fight enabling them to be able to defend themselves. The go too move for obese people. Applies to male and femake genders.
