The act of rapidly finishing an alcoholic beverage with the intent of moving onto the next drink.

Sandra: "Hey, do you want to try this wine?"
Me: "Yeah!"
Sandra: "You better Chamali that glass!"

Dean: "Ooh I'll have some of that! Let me just chamali this!"
