When you catch an individual looking at you and they immediately look away only to look back at you soon after. A phrase derived from the old fashion cat clocks that would move their eyes from side to side as the seconds went by.
Dennis: " Have you seen who's here at the party?"
Alex: " Yeah man, looks like Torran made it after all"
Dennis: " You think he knows you are here?"
Alex : "Of course he knows I'm here, he's been cat clocking me since I got here. Acting like he hasn't seen me" "He knows he owes me money"

Grandma thought she saw a cat clock. Every time the cat walked through the kitchen, Grandma would point at the asshole and say, "I can see what time it is." It was time for her meds, that's what time it was. Gimme the tin foil hat, Grandma!
