A Carmilion is a funny girl (abriviation for the name Carma) is a girl who always tries to help people, never lies, blunt, but fragile. If you were to have a Carmilion as a girlfriend and dump her she will pretend to stay strong so no one worries for her, she will always have those scars. If you land her as a bff she will tell you her deepest secrets, if she were to lose her freinds she would stay strong, well at least to pretend to.
