Simultaneously burping and sneezing.
Air built up being release in form of a burp due to multiple sneezing releases.
The burp part happens prior to an instant sneeze.
It generally occurs when you had sneezed multiple times. Air gets trapped and builds up in your stomach and throat each time you open wide inhaling to release a sneeze.
It works similarly to purposefully creating a burp. Yet the burpachu comes out naturally.
So lets say you sneeze 5 times in a row. By the 6th time when you open wide to sneeze; instead of air going in, you can hear and feel a burp going out instantly followed by a huge sneeze!
